Job Description
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for delivering top-tier service? We're looking for a Market Coordinator to support our client's UK Market Management and Key Accounts Teams by handling high-value Host inquiries and escalations. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between external and internal stakeholders, driving solutions, and enhancing the quality across the region. This is a one-year contract, fully remote, paying £19.23 p/h PAYE.
What You'll Do:- Act as a trusted liaison between external and internal teams, ensuring timely and professional resolution of escalations.
- Master company policies and procedures to provide expert support on Community and brand risk topics.
- Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex external stakeholder issues while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Proactively work to improve quality and increase the percentage of stakeholders.
- Assist with in-market events and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance their experience.
- Solid experience in Customer Support or Account Management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of handling high-value, time-sensitive inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira (preferred).
