About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with extensive HubSpot experience to design, implement, and optimise automated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires in-depth expertise in HubSpot's marketing automation tools, including workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and CRM integrations, to streamline the customer journey and maximise conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage HubSpot to design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
- Create and refine lead nurturing workflows to enhance engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Segment audiences within HubSpot CRM to deliver personalised, targeted campaigns.
- Set up and manage lead scoring models in HubSpot to prioritise and qualify leads for sales teams.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot Analytics and other tools, optimising strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure HubSpot-integrated lead handover processes and messaging consistency.
- Develop and maintain automated email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences and lifecycle emails.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM integrations to align marketing automation with sales efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing within HubSpot to refine messaging, content, and engagement strategies.
What You Will Bring
- Proven expertise in HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, email campaigns, and CRM integration.
- Hands-on experience in lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and automated customer journey mapping within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of lead scoring models and their application to prioritise and nurture leads effectively.
- Experience analysing campaign performance using HubSpot Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Background in multi-channel marketing (email, social, web) and HubSpot's multi-touch attribution models.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customisation (preferred but not required).
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Email Marketing Certification) are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing techniques is a bonus.
