Marketing Data Scientist

We are currently seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team for a critical project with one of our top clients-a leading European bank. As a Data Scientist, you will be integral to the System Driven Remediation Team, working directly with our client to ensure that their risk models are supported by high-quality, reliable data. Your role will involve sourcing, analyzing, and remediating data to ensure it meets the rigorous standards required for Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) calculations and other risk-related metrics. Your contributions will directly impact our client's ability to optimize their capital position and achieve their financial goals.Analyze and model data, constructing datasets from source to desired cubes, ensuring data quality and traceability. Identify and address data quality issues, developing and executing remediation scenarios, code, and processes to produce fit-for-purpose data. Propose and gain consensus on technical solutions for data remediation, ensuring solutions are well-documented to meet regulatory standards. Engage with key stakeholders across Corporate Banking and Credit Data Domains to resolve data quality and availability issues. Lead content-driven data remediation projects, driving decisions on alternative data sources, external data, and logical derivations to fill critical data gaps. Support the structural resolution of data quality issues, contributing to the client's compliance with regulatory requirements such as the A-IRB license. Present solutions and share insights with the stakeholders and your team to drive continuous improvement. Data analysis, data modelling: ability to construct data-set from source to desired cube. SQL and Python (Pyspark). Software engineering (CI/CD, unit testing, DTAP, OOP). Team cooperation and content leadership.
