Are you passionate about project management and have a strong background in the Mechanical building services construction sector?
I'm looking for an experienced Project Manager to join my client's dynamic team.
Role Overview:- Effectively manage projects from receipt of client instructions to handover.
- Ensure quotes and scopes of work align with contract documents and client requirements.
- Prepare and regularly update programmes of work, highlighting long lead items.
- Evolve post-contract health and safety files and oversee all health and safety aspects.
- Follow insurer protocols, manage material orders, assign labour, and report on financials.
- Raise valuations, applications for payment, invoices, and assist with debt control.
- Request and manage CAI/variations, prepare scopes of work and costs.
- Handle final accounts with the supply chain and clients, own projects and coordination.
- Assist in developing company systems and procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and profit.
- Review tenders, evolve solutions, and ensure deliverability.
- Full knowledge of the Mechanical HVAC industry is essential; knowledge of parallel electrical systems is desirable.
- Conduct site surveys, coordinate designs, and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Attend various meetings to support project delivery and build client confidence.
- Address client queries, obtain approvals, and assist in procurement and invoicing.
- Experience in the construction sector.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
