Medical Writer (12 months' contract)

As a Medical Writer under our Medical Affairs Team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Medical Affairs Department in executing generative AI projects and ensuring material qualities.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs counterparts and event coordinator in planning and executing projects/events for internal and external purposes.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs counterparts in executing generative AI projects for internal and external purposes.
• Ensure materials are compliant and well-crafted.
• Keep projects/events compliant, within budget, and on schedule.
• Liaise with and manage external vendors when executing projects.

Essential for the role:

• University graduate (Science or Journalism background preferred).
• Possess a high ethical standard.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• A team player.
• Excellent in both English and Chinese writing.
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese.
• Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office.

Desirable for the role:

• Experience in project management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry/medical writing/healthcare related writings.
• Knowledge in generative AI.
• Knowledge in storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of the HKAPI Code of Practices.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
