Job Title: Meta Brand Ambassador

Location: Oxford Street

Contract: Fixed term contract until the end of 2025.

Working days: Saturday & Sunday

Pay rate: £100 per day with a performance related bonus.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our client's innovative Mixed Reality Headsets and Smart Glasses in a designated retail location. In this role, you will engage with consumers, deliver high-quality product demonstrations, and drive sales while building strong relationships with store personnel. You'll be the face of the brand, ensuring a top-notch retail experience and providing valuable insights to the client's training and account teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage customers by showcasing and demonstrating the client's products, aiming to convert those demonstrations into sales.
2. Encourage accessory purchases and promote product trials using swag and promotional materials.
3. Build relationships with store staff, including management and sales associates, to drive success in-store.
4. Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product displays.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues with interactive fixtures.
6. Monitor stock levels and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proactive in engaging with customers and store teams.
• Basic technical proficiency to troubleshoot fixtures and support product demonstrations.
• A passion for technology and innovation, especially Mixed/Virtual Reality or Smart Wearable tech, is a plus.
