Role: Solution Architect

Work Mode: Hybrid
Contract duration: 6 months with potential extension

Job Description

Required Core Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  2. At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX and 3-4 End-to-End D365 FO Implementations as a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect.
  3. Ability to lead a group of Functional and Technical consultants to design, develop, and implement solutions.
  4. Experience in the following modules is highly desirable: Finance, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Production, Engineering Change Management, Master Planning, Production Control.
  5. Good understanding of Process Industry manufacturing, Planning Optimization, Contract Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Forecasting, and ability to configure BOM, Formulas, and Production costing (Costing Sheet & Costing versions).
  6. Experience with Contract manufacturers and Third-Party Logistics.
  7. Functional consulting skills to manage requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, training, and hyper care support.
  8. Exposure to Go-Live issues and fixing is preferred.
  9. Working knowledge of D365 FO/FSCM/AX's interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
  10. Strong client interaction skills.
  11. Ability to work independently and in teams.
  12. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  13. Able to manage a team of 6-10.
  14. Ability and flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models.

Preferred:

  1. Planning and prioritization skills.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  3. At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of processes.
  4. Management experience is a plus.
  5. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
