A Microsoft Teams Voice Consultant (Microsoft Teams, Voice, Contact Center) is required by a growing consultancy specializing in modern workplace solutions and public sector projects. Work on impactful solutions in a fast-paced, agile team delivering innovative communication technologies.
To be successful, you need to have designed and deployed solutions across the following technologies:
- Microsoft Teams Voice: Enablement, number allocation, building IVRs, troubleshooting.
- Contact Center design and deployment experience with CCaaS platforms like Luware or Anywhere365.
- Skills in running workshops, technical project management, documenting designs, and SOWs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Designing, deploying, and managing Teams Voice solutions tailored to diverse clients. This involves Teams-to-Teams migrations, Contact Center solutions for local authorities, and specialized systems for unique communication needs. You'll also lead workshops to identify and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
