Ourcommitment is to elevate the quality of educational support foryoung people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND),Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), as well as otherAdditional Educational Needs.
As an OnlineTutor, you'll step into a pivotal role, delivering targeted Maths,English, or Science tuition to these learners in a remote capacity.Embrace flexibility and holistic teaching methodologies, employingtrauma-informed approaches to ignite engagement and foster theireducational journey.
Online tutoring involves aunique skill set to engage the most disengaged learners withoutbeing physically present. It also provides a unique opportunity tomeet anxious learners where they are and provide a creative andengaging format of education. We are excited to work with thetutors and teachers that are passionate about the challenge andopportunity offered by online tutoring and teaching.

- Record sessionprogress and provide constructive feedback to learners
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status with a minimumof 2 years teaching experience
- Proficient inonline teaching methodologies and platforms and experience workingwith young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and / or otherAdditional Educational Needs
- Familiarity withsafeguarding processes and possess an Enhanced DBS check
- Two professional references
- Based inthe UK with the legal right to work in the UK

Online Tutor tasks andresponsibilities:It is a strict requirement that you have theability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety andwellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguardingpolicies and procedures at all times.
EmploymentDetails:Engage as a Worker on acontract-for-service basis.
Payment processedthrough PAYE with no predetermined workload or expensecoverage.
Covered by our insurance for theduration of your work with us.
This is not aself-employed tutoring / self-employed teaching position.
