Job Description

Founded 20 years ago, we have grown to become one of London's leading facade restoration & cleaning experts serving some of the most prestigious buildings in the capital, including the skyscrapers in Canary Wharf.

We also pioneer our own in-house patented 3D technology to carry out the most complex building cleaning projects.

As demand for our services increases, we are looking to hire a highly capable Field Operations Manager to support our clients and ongoing projects.

Where you come in:

You will be planning, managing, supervising, and periodically evaluating the full suite of services delivered by a team of specialist labour-only subcontractors and employees across UK commercial and residential property in London and the wider UK.

Accountabilities:
  1. Producing Project and Valuation Plans
  2. Health and Safety Training
  3. Project Delivery and Productivity
  4. Reporting
  5. Complaint Management
About You:
  1. Must have experience with external fabrics of buildings
  2. Excellent planning and organisational skills
  3. Able to work under deadline pressure
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate and manage to a senior client level
  5. Effective at managing upwards to board-level
  6. Strong problem-solving skills where solutions are proposed upwards where uncertainty exists
  7. Self-starting and able to work using own initiative
  8. Flexible approach to working hours
  9. Able to work with a myriad of personality types
  10. Able to effectively manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes
  11. Comfortable with change
  12. Confident to challenge the status quo
  13. Experience of relevant professional processes such as valuing works for internal accounting purposes
  14. Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, specifically including Excel and Word
  15. Adept at office-related tasks including managing files and records, designing forms etc.
