Role Overview: As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer, you will lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, craft tailored solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Leverage your technical expertise to provide innovative solutions, optimise system performance, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Write, optimize, and maintain high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and industry best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare status reports.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, and Customer Service.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
