Large M&E maintenance specialist requires a qualified and experienced M&E Shift Engineer to work in a team of engineers on a prestigious West London commercial site.

The suitable M&E Shift Engineer will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift rota alternating between 4 days and 4 night shifts.

1. Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes.
2. The repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive.
3. Managing priorities within contract constraints.
4. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
5. The repair and maintenance of building fabric.
6. Provision of job feedback information to help desk and senior engineer.
7. Responding to customer needs and building relationships in a professional manner.
8. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
9. Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.
10. HSE management in accordance with the quality management system and all legal and statutory requirements.
11. Installing and commissioning new plant and equipment.
