Global company which designs, manufactures and sells specialist products, currently expanding their direct sales force in the UK
Responsibilities
Main duties:
Responsible for expanding market share, driving revenue, and strengthening client partnerships throughout England and Wales.
This opportunity is remote with a preference for the Midlands as a location due to many clients and prospects in this region.
The role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with different departments to implement campaigns and initiatives
- Attend networking opportunities to promote brand, products and offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions
Candidate's Profile
- Proven experience in field or direct sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
- UK driving licence holder
