.Net Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Engineering Manager with strong experience leading teams in C#, .NET Framework, Angular JS, AWS cloud and SQL stack.

Experience working in a product setup and Utilities domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with multiple teams across different geographies, ensure projects are delivered on schedule and maintaining a high level of quality.

Manage teams in Agile framework, responsible for day to day running of the team, manage delivery, customer stakeholder management and involve in design discussions.

Strong software engineering/development background in .NET Framework along with AWS,SQL, C#, Angular JS

Experience designing scalable and secure full stack Enterprise SaaS products.

Well versed in defining Architecture principals and frameworks.

Strong Experience in AWS cloud (Code build, Terraform, EKS, Serverless)

Proficiency in SQL, database design and query optimization

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#, Angular JS, Advanced JS, Web API, SQL server, AWS cloud and .NET Framework.

Strong experience in AWS cloud, good working knowledge on various CI/CD tools, managing applications/deployment in AWS cloud infrastructure, working with API gateways.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Document software designs and code to ensure maintainability.
