Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive support across network operations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  2. Manage and execute projects, including firewall upgrades and router and switch upgrades.
  3. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching solutions.
  4. Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Spanning Tree, Layer 2, and MPLS.
  5. Implement and maintain network security solutions, with a focus on Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business needs.
  7. Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements to enhance network reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a Network Engineer role or similar, with exposure to both operations and projects.
  2. Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and firewalls, particularly Cisco ASA/FTD.
  3. Hands-on experience with network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Spanning Tree, Layer 2, and MPLS.
  4. Strong background in firewall upgrades and router/switch upgrades.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
