Network Security Engineer

Nexeo is currently looking for a Network Security Engineer

Network Security Engineer - Main Responsibilities:

• Manage security infrastructure, including Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, and Reverse Proxy systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and ensure system readiness.
• Perform impact analyses and refine technical, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security-related projects, such as the deployment of a new Proxy Infrastructure.
• Work closely with the IT team, documenting solutions and participating in Agile processes.
• Provide third-line support for security issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Write and manage RFPs for security hardware solutions.

Profile:

• Civil/Industrial Engineer or Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in security network engineering, with expertise in F5 WAF, Load Balancers, and Reverse Proxy.
• Strong understanding of network technologies (BGP, OSPF, Spanning Tree).
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI, DNA, and cloud network management (preferable).

Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset and experience in security solution analysis.
• Experience with ITIL concepts is a plus.
