Field Based- Central London

The right person will ideally be a dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. This role will be solely working in Central London - EC/W/WC/SW to identify and secure large New Business opportunities in the hygiene division.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
  • Possesses a "go-getter" attitude with the ability to bounce back from rejection and persevere.
  • Proactively research and identify large potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Thrives in competitive environments and is motivated by exceeding goals and winning new business.
  • Takes personal pride in driving revenue growth and contributing to company success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Displays excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Naturally builds rapport and establishes trust with prospects.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
  • Quickly identifies opportunities and develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs activity to management.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales approach by identifying key market segments, industries, and customer profiles that align with business objectives.
  • Always seeking new leads and exploring untapped opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, Key, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
What you will have:
  • Min 5 years proven experience in B2B sales or business development, in a hunter role for large prospects.
  • Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for building new business.
  • Commercially aware with a forward-thinking attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and someone who embraces change.
  • Creative and innovative in their approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyse and target specific customer segments for maximum sales impact.
  • Works well with cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong individual performance focus.
  • A valid UK driving license with less than 6 points.
  • Be confident in clearing an enhanced DBS check.
