Job Description

Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant

Location: Ealing

Brand: Gibbs Gillespie

Salary: up to £30,000 OTE

Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5:30pm, Saturdays 10am to 3pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

To provide an unrivalled level of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving set targets. The individual will actively demonstrate tenacity and a competitive nature with the ability to expand and develop their current role and add value to the office and company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors to site.
  • Conduct customer journey.
  • Ensure all administration and reporting is completed in a timely manner.
  • Use computer system on a day-to-day basis to record appointments, register feedback, etc.
  • Work towards targets set by manager for achieving sales, valuations, instructions, exchanges, and FS leads.
  • Extensive telephone work.
  • Negotiate between client and buyer to achieve a successful sale.
  • Plot progression to successful exchange and completion.
  • Conduct market research.

  • Experience of hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Driving license.
  • Reliable and honest.
  • Sales or customer service experience in new homes.
  • Knowledge of the new homes sector.
  • Knowledge of the current property market.
