Your new role
Your new role as the NPI Manager will involve leading the standardisation and optimisation of operational practices to enhance customer interactions and experiences within the NPI processes. You will be responsible for delivering high SLA adherence, implementing operational and human capital strategies, and driving transformative change by influencing teams and optimising workflows. Your role will also include managing the customer onboarding experience for high-volume project launches, acquiring and applying SME knowledge, establishing metrics and measurable goals, and cultivating effective cross-functional teams. You will work closely with site leaders and maintain highly effective working relationships to ensure the optimal effectiveness of the NPI process.

What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Math, Science, Business, or a related field, along with 7-10 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position in a manufacturing or services operations environment. Demonstrated leadership of highly effective, interdisciplinary teams resulting in extraordinary operational efficiency, quality, and SLA adherence is essential.
