Job Description
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an
experienced Service Desk agent speaking French & English.

Your main responsibilities
  • Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
  • Involvement in customer projects will also be expected
  • More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
    • Support on network infrastructure
    • Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation
    • Monitoring critical systems
    • Participation to infrastructure improvement projects

Your profile
  • You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint
  • Fluent in French & English. German and Luxembourgish are an asset.
  • Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong team spirit and customer orientation
  • Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required
  • ITIL certification would be a valuable asset
