Odoo Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Expert to support a leading European institution shaping global diplomatic strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals eager to contribute to impactful international projects and enhance European digital solutions.

Your Role:

• Lead the identification and deployment of an out-of-the-box ERP solution to support EU Delegations' business needs (HR, finance, contracts, logistics, real estate, fleet, etc.).
• Define architectural vision and drive system enhancement.
• Analyze enterprise business processes, information systems, and corporate data flows to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide expert advice on ERP implementation.
• Lead the ERP implementation team, guiding them to ensure success.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience implementing Odoo for large-scale organizations.
• Familiarity with EU institutions and decision-making processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multilingual, international diplomatic environment.
• Experience with Python required
