Job Purpose:
As the Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our office, working closely with the Property team to support efficient management of facilities while delivering top-notch front office services. Your role will be vital in maintaining a welcoming and productive space for all colleagues and visitors.


Key Accountabilities:


Front Office Duties:


  1. Answer all incoming calls warmly and handle inquiries promptly.
  2. Welcome and assist visitors, offering refreshments to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Maintain a tidy reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Post & Deliveries Duties:


  1. Accept parcels and manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  2. Coordinate deliveries and ensure staff are informed about package arrivals.

Office Management:


  1. Oversee planned maintenance and react quickly to repairs, ensuring a safe environment.
  2. Support facility management by purchasing supplies and maintaining shared spaces.
  3. Manage the Boardroom and meeting room bookings, ensuring they are ready for use.

Ad Hoc Tasks:


  1. Be prepared to assist with various related duties to support the overall success of the organisation.
