Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining a well-organised filing system.
  • Supporting with HR and payroll processes.
  • Assisting with the management of budgets and expenses.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional office environment.
  • Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • A strong background in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Exposure to board meetings (governance support)
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A desire to work in the not for profit sector.

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000.
