Job Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining a well-organised filing system.
- Supporting with HR and payroll processes.
- Assisting with the management of budgets and expenses.
- Maintaining a positive and professional office environment.
- Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
- A strong background in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Exposure to board meetings (governance support)
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A desire to work in the not for profit sector.
