We're searching for a highly organized and enthusiastic Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join Nova Reperta, a leading consulting company in Belgium with also an office in the Netherlands.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and handle communications for the management team.
  • Coordination & Admin: Assist with preparing documents, managing travel arrangements, etc
  • Event Planning Support: Organize internal and client-facing events, workshops, team-building activities, and trainings
  • Employee related Administration: Manage car fleet administration, training administration, telephone subscriptions, expenses, etc.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and technology, ensuring a productive workspace.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience of minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and French, with a good knowledge of Dutch.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
