Job Title: OMP Supply Chain Technical Consultant

Location: Remote

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Work Timing: 8 hours, Regular Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with OMP Demand and Supply Planning to support and optimize supply chain operations.
• Deploy and configure OMP-OPR module, including MPS, DPS, and DRP.
• Set up Solvers, ADM rules, and Dispatchers for efficient system performance.
• Conduct business process analysis, develop functional designs, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to clients, senior leadership, and executives.
• Maintain 100% data and process integrity.
• Lead integration efforts with SAP ERP and SAP APO (if applicable).
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer throughout implementation.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in OMP implementation.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, covering end-to-end processes.
• Must have experience in OMP configuration and customization (not just support or integration roles).
• Strong knowledge of Solvers, OPAL, and functional system setup.
• Experience with master and transactional data in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in OMP or Supply Chain Planning (preferred but not mandatory).
