The Background:
The successful candidate will work onsite at the client 3 days a week. You'll be responsible for coordinating the relocation of assignees whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating the full relocation process, balancing the company's requirements with the assignee's needs;
2. Acting as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process;
3. Ensuring that all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines;
4. Maintaining the database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date;
5. Actively promoting and cross-selling the company's services;
6. Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required.

The Person:
The successful candidate will have:

1. Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential;
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills;
3. A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
