You will play a key role in driving down wastage, identifying competitive costs, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring that we meet our environmental targets through successful delivery of projects and programmes of work. Working with our Exec Board Members, you will be a confident collaborator committed to achieving our long-term aims.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated programme management experience in water and wastewater or infrastructure industries.
  • A strong understanding of company drivers, outputs and serviceability targets, the Water Industry regulatory framework, and OFWAT's business model.
  • Applied understanding and experience of industry success factors, regulatory and legal obligations, and horizon scanning of upcoming challenges/opportunities.
  • Proven ability to hold others to account including senior management.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Attention to detail, with effective communication of findings and actionable insight proposals.
  • Evidence of clear communication to generate commitment to a shared vision.
