Operational Change Consultant - ServiceNow HAM

Operational Change Consultant - ServiceNow HAM - Brussels - 6-12 months+

For a large client located in Brussels, Belgium we are looking for an Operational Change Consultant focused on ServiceNow HAM for a 6 month extendable contract.

You must speak Dutch and English (French advantageous) and be able to work onsite in Brussels, Belgium 1-2 days per week.

The Role

• Assist in digital operations strategies, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Support the integration of ServiceNow with local systems, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to create actionable insights.
• Monitor, escalate, and resolve incidents while minimizing disruptions.
• Maintain local process documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and ongoing support for local teams, including onboarding in Brussels.
• Ensure adherence to policies, assist with audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with central teams to address challenges and align with transformation goals.
• Identify and implement local improvements aligned with broader strategies.

Experience

• Over 5 years experience supporting HAM (Hardware Asset Management) programs in ServiceNow
• Understanding of HAM processes, asset reconciliation and lifecycle tracking
• Operation workflows for hardware asset requests and maintenance
• Experience with monitoring and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB for HAM
• Operational incidents, changes, and problems for HAM functionality
• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and ensuring HAM program continuity during version changes.
• Excellent documentation skills to support the handover of HAM processes to operations teams
