About the Company
Our client is a key player in the management and optimization of solar energy assets in Belgium. To strengthen its Asset Management team, we are looking for an Support & Operations Expert in the Energy (PV) sector who will oversee the operational aspects of managing industrial solar installations (both rooftop and ground-mounted).
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the proper execution of maintenance and operational tasks performed by subcontractors, from preventive maintenance to panel cleaning and technical interventions.
• Ticket & Incident Management: Use internal ticketing and ERP tools to monitor and coordinate interventions, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Support the administration of subcontractor agreements, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Insurance & Acceptance Process: Manage project insurance, oversee provisional and final acceptance of installations, and track non-conformities.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations in coordination with internal teams.
• Project Optimization & Strategic Initiatives: Lead process improvements, optimize asset performance, and contribute to cost efficiency, including integrating commission-based contract structures where relevant.
Your Profile
• Experience in asset management, operations, or subcontractor coordination in the renewable energy sector (solar preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of solar installation maintenance, regulations, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing ticketing systems, reporting tools, and operational KPIs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Dutch and French (English is a plus).
