I am currently recruiting an Operations Director for a Contract Caterer, who really focus on their client relationships, food and people. You will look after a patch of business with a combined annual turnover in the region of £20m, which is run by a team of 4 Operations Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee operations within the specified region.
- Manage a team of Operations Managers.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Ensure high standards of food service and operational excellence.
The ideal Operations Director will have the following knowledge/experience:
- Experience in a senior management role, within B&I contracts.
- Strong experience of both operations and sales.
- Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover in the region of £15m+.
- Extensive experience in managing commercial accounts.
