We are looking for
A hands-on Operations Engineer with a passion for maintaining and securing critical systems within the Risk and Finance Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, experience with automation initiatives, and a proven track record of ensuring operational continuity and security.

About the role:
As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of our critical systems, ensuring their smooth and secure operation. You will play a key role in implementing ITIL processes, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust and secure operational environment.
You will:
- Maintain and secure our systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and integrity.
- Implement and adhere to ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage and coordinate test environments, ensuring they are aligned with production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our systems and infrastructure.
- Proactively monitor system health and performance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our systems and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Additional activities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of automation initiatives.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training to enhance team skills and expertise.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Who are you?
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
