Operations Manager

The role
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for guaranteeing the well functioning of our London facility. We look for a manager who leads by example and contributes to daily activities in addition to administration and managerial tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with employees and heads of departments. Handle complaints and oversee the service procedures.
- Monitor closely the reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
- Help the procurement of operating supplies and equipment. Contract third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
- Coordinate head of departments for the execution of all activities and functions. Oversee and manage all departments and work closely with the head of departments on a daily basis.
- Be accountable to department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
- Be responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations.
- Responsible for handling legal actions, ensuring health & safety regulations are followed, as well as fire regulations and other legal requirements.

Who you are:
- 3 to 4 years prior experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality.
- You have an advanced level of English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Problem-solving mentality, with a focus on finding solutions.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- You are completely customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have good conflict management skills, you are assertive and cooperative.
- Flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
