Job Description

At 3P Heavy Bulky, we are constantly innovating to deliver the best possible Customer Experience to customers buying Heavy Bulky products such as fridges, sofas, and large screen TVs. The SellerFlex program enables Marketplace Selling Partners to offer a retail-like high-quality experience while Amazon carrier manages end-to-end transportation. As we scale up this business, we want to create an Operations structure to ensure that Selling Partners are well supported to meet Amazon standards, delivering the best-in-class delivery experience to our customers. In the Operations Manager role, you will work to resolve both short-term operations issues as well as contribute to the long-term vision of the Program.


You will:

  1. Become an expert on program operational challenges and drive continuous performance improvement while the business continues its rapid growth. Develop and document operations processes so we can scale the team learning as we grow the business.
  2. Support internal partners, including sales and transportation, in resolving complex seller issues and escalations.
  3. Monitor operational performance of selling partners and provide coaching/training on operational best practices.
  4. Report on daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs and projects to senior leadership.
  5. Work with internal business intelligence teams to build the tools we need to monitor Program Customer Experience and Delivery Performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in program management, development, and delivery.
  2. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
  3. A passion for developing best-in-class customer delivery experience.
  4. A track record of delivering results.
  5. Strong bias for action, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
  6. Highly tech-literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and analyze root-cause issues using internal operations tools.
  7. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities.
  8. Ability to influence peers and stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Degree level qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. SQL knowledge and experience in Tableau.
  2. Experience with Amazon Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement.
  3. Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability with the ability to convert strategy to action.
  4. Demonstrated experience in performing complex data analysis.
  5. Experience with lean processes, kaizen, six sigma, and process improvement.
