Job Description:
As the Operations Project Manager for HCP/KOL engagements, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management for Medical and Commercial pharmaceutical activities. Its primary goal is to lead and provide subject matter expertise for end-to-end external engagement contracting and operations, including the execution of programs such as advisory boards, consulting initiatives, investigator meetings, community meetings, and patient engagement activities. This multifaceted role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, and external Third-Party partners. The Project Manager will provide support focusing on administrative and logistical responsibilities necessary to successfully deliver high-quality events.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will provide support focusing on administrative and logistical responsibilities necessary to successfully deliver high-quality events.
Key Attributes and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of end-to-end operational activities to support engagements
- Ensure contracting of external engagements is managed in alignment with industry standards, client's SOP, compliance and other relevant engagement policies and written standards
- Handles wide range of activities including internal approval processes, organizing logistics for medical pre and post briefings, developing internal communications for the TA director, compiling transfers of value to organizations and HCPs, and necessary due diligence on third parties
- Helps develop calendar of events and sessions grid with Medical Communications and Scientific team for select events
- Utilize existing systems to enable effective and consistent ways of working
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness
- Tracks milestones, deliverables and budget for each engagement/client SOW
- Support a culture of flexible thinking and continuous process improvements
Job Requirements:
- Exhibit exceptional time and project management skills for multiple projects at various stages in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various functions
- Ability to work independently and in a cohesive team environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Meeting Planner and/or Event Management experience required
- Knowledge of Medical Affairs, Professional Congresses, Advisory Boards, Speakers Bureau, or Medical Operations

- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
