Role Status: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Technical Support Consultant to join our talented delivery team in a client-facing role, working on exciting projects across our broad client base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
