We are looking for an Analyst Order to Cash (OTC) within Supply Chain, Finance and Logistic on behalf of our client. This role requires 3-5+ years of experience and strong expertise in Infor M3 to join their global support team at their European HQ. You will support and enhance core business processes, drive operational improvements, and deliver exceptional service to customers worldwide. Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

Support OTC processes (order intake, stock allocation, shipping, invoicing, payments) for Customer Care and Logistics.

Troubleshoot Infor M3 issues, collaborating with 3rd-party providers for advanced support.

Optimize M3 performance and improve operational efficiency.

Enhance order management and Logistics processes for better results.

Support Finance with M3 modules.

Lead M3 improvements, automation, and user training.

Manage testing and smooth system releases.

Your Profile:

Proven expertise in Infor M3 ERP, focusing on Order-to-Cash and Finance modules (min. 3 years). Experienced in Customer Care and Logistics workflows, including order management, stock allocation, and shipping. Strong understanding of finance processes tied to OTC in M3. Skilled in managing 2nd-line support and resolving complex ERP issues, with exceptional troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving abilities in an M3 environment. Fluent in English, with proficiency in French/Dutch a plus. Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator.
