Key Responsibilities
- Support various initiatives tied to the CISO people strategy and workforce management processes.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, and Corporate HR to implement a long-term vision for skills development (technical, business, soft skills) and related topics such as recruitment, up/re/self-skilling, and mobility.
- Oversee the execution of initiatives and action plans, contributing to projects from ideation to implementation, focusing on goal setting, career evolution, and skills enhancement.
- Lead learning and training campaigns and confidently conduct workshops and presentations for large audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR-related areas, including recruitment, workforce management, and learning and development.
- Strong understanding of security skills, IT technical and soft skills, and location transformation is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of key HR topics such as recruitment, training, mobility, and up/re/self-skilling.
- Exceptional organizational change management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.
- Excellent professional presentation skills.
- Quick to grasp Euroclear Tech's organizational structure and activities.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in professional English (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptable and thrives in an international, VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
- Pragmatic approach, aligning with Euroclear's culture and core values.
