Job Description
Our customer is undergoing a transformation, and we are seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to support the adoption of new systems and technologies. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth transitions and the successful adoption of digital solutions across different regions and functions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a Change Management strategy to support the adoption of new systems, considering regional and functional differences. Help teams adopt cutting-edge digital products and solutions.
- Perform stakeholder analysis to ensure strong engagement with impacted teams and improve overall outcomes.
- Conduct a Change Impact Assessment to evaluate the differences between current and future systems.
- Define and plan a communication strategy, creating communication assets to ensure all teams understand the reasons for change and how it will impact them.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance adoption of new and existing digital products, using data analytics to provide insights and drive adoption across regions and functions.
- Develop a training roadmap and align with stakeholders on training execution.
- Work with SMEs to create training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, hands-on exercises) and ensure smooth delivery.
- Track progress and provide timely updates on any challenges to leadership.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Change Management, Digital Adoption, Communications, and Training for transformational programs.
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Experience using data-driven approaches to improve adoption of new platforms.
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain organization is a plus.
- Change Management certification (eg, PROSCI or CCMP) is preferred.
