OT Business Information Security Officer

Conexus are exclusively partnered with a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, that are investing heavily in the growth of their Security practice throughout 2025. On that basis, we are searching for an OT Information Security Officer to join them on a permanent basis near Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement OT security policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies for OT environments.

• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate security measures into system designs and operations.

• Lead incident response and recovery efforts in the event of OT security breaches.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and certification standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in OT security within a manufacturing environment, but ideally within a pharmaceutical setting, utilising GxP.

• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks and risk management practices.

• Technical certifications such as CCNA (CISCO) or CISM are highly desirable.

• Hands-on expertise in implementing security protocols and managing OT infrastructure.

• Ability to work autonomously and make impactful decisions in a fast-paced setting.
