Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our famous Mentos candies reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. You'll oversee the packaging process while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for more complex issues, you'll work together with the technical team;
• Collaborate closely with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production flow and provide support when needed;
• Ensure the continuous supply of materials to prevent production downtime;
• Perform quality checks, report deviations, and contribute ideas for improvement;
• Be part of a medium-sized team and help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
