About the Role

MedGen is seeking experienced Paediatric Nurses to provide high-quality care to children in a variety of healthcare settings. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing care while ensuring the safety and well-being of young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to paediatric patients.

  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes effectively.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and family members.

  • Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration (Paediatric specialism required).

  • Proven experience in paediatric nursing (hospital, community, or home care).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different environments.

  • Up-to-date BLS/ALS and safeguarding training.
