ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Paid Social Account Executive, you will play a vital part in the Paid Social team. Working alongside Paid Social Account Managers and the Paid Social Channel Director, your role will be to ensure best-in-class execution and delivery across our exciting roster of clients. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your Paid Social accounts, producing work to the highest standard.
You will gain exposure to a mix of social media channels including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X. As an Account Executive, you will be digging deep into a variety of platforms, assisting with planning and responsible for the management of campaigns in-platform and reporting of results back to our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn the role of Paid Social as a channel within the wider Digital and Marketing Mix.
- Support the day-to-day activity of live campaigns, assisting Account Managers with tasks including building campaigns, pacing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Learn how Paid Social campaigns are set up, tracked, and measured.
- Understand how Paid Social metrics interrelate and can influence each other.
- Complete daily budget and performance checks to ensure campaigns are running on target.
- Understand the Paid Social optimisation techniques and implement accordingly to improve performance i.e. audiences, creatives, bidding, etc.
- Develop understanding of copywriting that is tailored to clients' business goals and meets social platforms' best practice requirements.
- Produce/support the production of weekly/monthly reports, Post Campaign Analysis, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Participate in internal meetings and client meetings as determined by Account Managers.
- Join key training sessions to help support and grow your personal development, both internally and externally with key partners across the Paid Social ecosystem.
- Complete the Meta Blueprint accreditations and other channel certifications.
- Keep on top of the latest Paid Social developments to support department-level innovation to ensure we remain competitive and forward-thinking.

ABOUT YOU
- 3+ months of experience in Paid Social advertising - agency experience desirable.
- Interest in digital marketing, particularly Paid Social environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability/willingness to get stuck into data/trends.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Drive applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- A desire to learn and develop.
- Team player.
- Ability to flex their communication and working style to client and business needs.

LOCATION
Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes walk from Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road, and Warren Street stations.
We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
