Paid Social Manager Marketing Head Office

We're looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our Marketing team!

With exciting global launches, events and activations each week across Marketing, Wholesale and Retail, a Paid Social Manager is an invaluable member of the family here at REPRESENT.

You will be responsible for managing local and global budgets, analysing campaign performance and implementing segmentation strategies based on data insights.

What you'll be doing:

1. Managing large budgets across META and Tik Tok.
2. Managing global budgets particularly within the US market.
3. Analyse GA/audience data and integrate findings to the business strategy.
4. Work closely with CRM, Content and SEO teams to align on marketing strategies.
5. Analyse campaign performance and share findings with the wider team focussing on growth opportunity and KPIs such as ROAS and CPA.
6. Plan and allocate budgets across multi channels, campaigns, audiences and products.
7. Implementing advanced segmentation strategies using first party data, behavioural insights and demographic profiling to ensure relevance and engagement.

What you'll need:

1. 3+ years in a similar role.
2. Experience with managing large monthly budgets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in reporting and data analysis including presenting findings to a wider team.
6. Attention to detail.
7. A winning attitude towards our brand goals.
