Paralegal

We are looking to speak with Paralegals to join an Investment Banking client of ours, based in Central London. You will be working on a documentation review project.

You will be working with ISDA, CSA, GMRA and Derivative documentation. You will be expected to leverage your knowledge and expertise to aid in amending and drafting these documents for our client.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.

• 1 to 2 years' experience as a Paralegal within investment banking or financial services.
• Prior knowledge of ISDA documents, CSAs and GMRAs is required.
• Derivative documentation experience is desired.

This will be an initial 6-month contract, with the expecation to be extended.

Salary package of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
