As a Paraplanner at WTW, you will collaborate closely with Advisers to support them in developing comprehensive financial plans for individual clients, covering both pension and non-pension assets. Your primary responsibilities will include producing high-quality reports and assisting the administration team as needed.
The Role- Drafting compliant suitability reports using templates where applicable.
- Preparing client portfolio review analysis.
- Conducting fund and product research.
- Reviewing letters.
- Overseeing the implementation of investments.
- Cash flow modelling.
- Attending client meetings.
- Coordinating with team Administrators to ensure client administration is up to date and providing support as necessary.
The Requirement
- You should be qualified or working towards Diploma Level 4, as a Paraplanner.
- Strong experience is essential, and you must be able to work efficiently and independently in a small team environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Strong core IT skills, with experience in Intelliflo, FE Analytics, Morningstar Adviser Workstation, Voyant, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment: The role is a full-time position based in either our London Lime Street or Reigate office. The company operates a hybrid work pattern, allowing for some homework, although office attendance will be required for client and team meetings. For the right candidate, we are open to considering a part-time role with a minimum of 25 hours per week (pay pro-rata).
