Who is Kamma?
Kamma Data is a pioneering SaaS company at the intersection of property compliance and climate intelligence. Our cutting-edge technology empowers property professionals-letting agents, banks, and surveyors-to navigate complex licensing regulations with ease, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Meanwhile, through our Kamma Climate offering, we help UK mortgage lenders drive the net zero transition with advanced geospatial technology, providing reliable climate data to manage risk, uncover decarbonisation pathways, and scale customer retrofits. As our Finance Business Partner, you'll be a key player in supporting both sides of the business.
Backed by leading venture capital and powered by data-driven solutions, we are on an ambitious growth journey and looking for passionate individuals to join our mission.
Kamma is a hybrid company, offering flexibility with a 24/7 central London office available to use. During onboarding, there will likely be additional in person time required to get up to speed ASAP.
What is the role? This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of finance at a fast-moving startup. You'll be both a strategic partner to leadership and the person rolling up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day financial operations run smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the business to provide financial insights, improve efficiency, and help steer our growth as well as being responsible for the daily finance tasks.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for billing, accounts payable, and preparing management accounts-there's no finance team to delegate to. If you enjoy both high-level financial strategy and the nitty-gritty of making sure numbers are right, this role is for you.
