About the Role:

• Lead a thriving private client team in London, advising HNW individuals, business owners, family offices and trustees on complex estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate matters.
• Work on both domestic and international matters, providing expert guidance on multimillion-pound estates and intricate legal requirements.
• Build and foster lasting client relationships while driving business development and growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand HCR's presence in London and beyond, as we continue to invest heavily in the market.
• Mentor and support junior solicitors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Take ownership of your practice within an environment that encourages entrepreneurial growth.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience and expertise in estate planning (domestic and international) for HNW and UHNW individuals, business owners, trustees, and family offices.
• A strong leader with a proven track record of managing a legal practice or team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
• Motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the firm in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
