Partner Manager France CDI - Full remote

To expand their presence in France, they are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Partner Manager - 100% remote, native in French & advanced in English, with a strong network to large and mid-sized Corporates with activities in Trade Finance.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Leverage your existing network or establish new connections with decision makers in Corporates (large and mid-sized) across all industries, with a focus on export-import businesses, construction & infrastructure, management of residential housing & commercial buildings, engineering & machinery, transportation, and retail.
  • Help & educate companies on their digitization journey of financial instruments, introduce them to our platform, and drive onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with financial institutions (local and international banks, surety & insurance companies, brokers, and trade finance multipliers) to form strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Corporates, banks, insurers, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Sales & Strategic Growth
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth, thanks to your trade finance expertise and network.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand sales channels and enhance market reach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Product & API Specialists to ensure client onboarding and support.
  • Client Engagement & Process Optimization
  • Conduct sales presentations, user trainings, webinars, and other engagement activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on client meetings, participate in team sales initiatives, and coordinate directly with senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer activation and sales processes.

The profile they're looking for:

  • You are a resident of the European Union.
  • You are native in French and business-proficient in English (min. B2 level).
  • You have a strong network with established relationships to French Corporates.
  • You have 10 years of experience in sales or product management within a bank, insurance company, or B2B fintech, or Treasury of a Large Corporate.
  • You have strong communication skills, can inspire enthusiasm in people, and thrive in developing our partners and their customers in their digital user experience in the best possible way.
