The governing body is seeking to recruit a pastoral year lead who is an excellent practitioner with a passion for supporting students. The role we are offering is to lead the provision of pastoral care of pupils in your year group to secure excellent teaching so all pupils achieve their potential within an atmosphere in which pupils feel challenged, valued, and secure and to assist the headteacher and the leadership team in the overall management and development of the school.
