Payment Process Analyst - Netherlands
Start/End Dates: 6 months + Extension

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *daily payment operations, improve processes, and support business growth*.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Payment Process Analyst to manage daily payment operations, improve processes, and support business growth. The role involves automation, monitoring, reconciliation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily payment processes and identify improvements.
  • Process payouts, reconcile accounts, and manage Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
  • Develop control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
  • Support implementation of new initiatives and educate teams on payment topics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in payment processes or financial operations.
  • Proficiency in English, attention to detail, and data analysis skills (eg, SQL).
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills.
